S\u00e3o 1847 cervejarias com registros v\u00e1lidos e com produtos registrados em 2023, um crescimento de 6,82%.

Apesar do aumento no n\u00famero de cervejas, a taxa de crescimento ainda est\u00e1 abaixo do per\u00edodo pr\u00e9-pandemia.\u00a0<\/span>Vale destacar que as cervejarias ciganas n\u00e3o s\u00e3o contabilizadas neste n\u00famero, pois n\u00e3o possuem f\u00e1brica pr\u00f3pria.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

S\u00e3o Paulo<\/strong> continua sendo o estado com o maior n\u00famero de cervejarias registradas, s\u00e3o 410! <\/span>O Rio Grande do Sul<\/strong> teve o maior crescimento absoluto com mais 25 cervejarias em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a 2022.<\/span> O Par\u00e1<\/strong> foi o estado com maior crescimento relativo. Das 5 cervejarias a mais no estado, 2 foram com nossa consultoria.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

A regi\u00e3o com maior n\u00famero de cervejarias \u00e9 a regi\u00e3o Sudeste (856 cervejarias) e a regi\u00e3o com o maior crescimento relativo \u00e9 a regi\u00e3o Norte, com 16,7% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a 2022. <\/span>\u00a0Existe pelo menos 1 cervejaria em 771 munic\u00edpios brasileiros! <\/span>Fortaleza<\/strong> \u00e9 a \u00fanica cidade do Nordeste com mais de 10 cervejarias registradas (s\u00e3o 11).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Al\u00e9m disso, houve 2817 registros de novos produtos, totalizando 45648 produtos registrados no MAPA, um acr\u00e9scimo de 6,6%.

\u00a0<\/span>Em 2023 tamb\u00e9m houve um aumento de 18,6% nas exporta\u00e7\u00f5es. As importa\u00e7\u00f5es seguem em queda desde 2019.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a gera\u00e7\u00e3o de empregos, no setor de bebidas houve um aumento de 3,83%, por\u00e9m para CNAE registrado como \u201cFabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de Cerveja e Chopp\u201d houve uma queda de 0,51% de empregos diretos.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Uma novidade \u00e9 a declara\u00e7\u00e3o de volume presente no anu\u00e1rio. Apesar de n\u00e3o haver um check preciso das informa\u00e7\u00f5es, pois elas s\u00e3o disponibilizadas pelas cervejarias, o n\u00famero ser\u00e1 importante para dimensionar o mercado, principalmente das artesanais. Seja no pa\u00eds ou por regi\u00e3o. O Volume declarado foi de 15,4 bilh\u00f5es de litros. A regi\u00e3o sudeste \u00e9 produtora do maior volume (53,4%). O Nordeste<\/strong> fica em segundo lugar na produ\u00e7\u00e3o com 21,94% do volume nacional.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
