O slogan \u00e9 Seguran\u00e7a dos alimentos \u00e9 assunto de todos e cada ano existe um tema a ser abordado.<\/p><p>Em 2024, o tema \u00e9 &#8220;Inocuidade dos alimentos: prepare-se para o inesperado. O tema foi escolhido, pois existem muitas pessoas que adoecem e morrem por doen\u00e7as transmitidas por alimentos contaminados. Mesmo que o APPCC n\u00e3o seja obrigat\u00f3rio para cervejarias, existem diversas ferramentas que podem ser utilizadas para minimizar e mitigar os riscos. Al\u00e9m disso, o tema deste ano nos faz refletir tamb\u00e9m sobre gerenciamento de crises, food fraud e food defense.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
