Um crescimento de 5,5% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao ano anterior. O mercado continua em ascend\u00eancia, por\u00e9m com a taxa de crescimento inferior.<\/p>

Sempre vale destacar que o anu\u00e1rio n\u00e3o considera os dados de cervejarias ciganas porque n\u00e3o s\u00e3o unidades industriais. e n\u00e3o possuem f\u00e1brica pr\u00f3pria.<\/p>

A produ\u00e7\u00e3o total<\/strong> de cerveja foi de 15,34 bilh\u00f5es de litros, com destaque para produ\u00e7\u00e3o de cerveja sem \u00e1lcool que vem com tend\u00eancia de aumento no consumo nos \u00faltimos anos. Foi um crescimento de 537% e a produ\u00e7\u00e3o j\u00e1 representa 4,9% do volume!<\/p>

S\u00e3o Paulo<\/strong> continua sendo o estado com o maior n\u00famero de cervejarias registradas, s\u00e3o 427!<\/p>

Santa Catarina<\/strong> teve o maior crescimento absoluto com mais 25 cervejarias em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a 2023.
Tocantins<\/strong> foi o estado com maior crescimento relativo.<\/p>

A regi\u00e3o com maior n\u00famero de cervejarias \u00e9 a regi\u00e3o Sudeste (889 cervejarias) e a regi\u00e3o com Nordeste teve o maior crescimento relativo com 16,4%. \u00a0Em 2024, houve 111 cancelamentos ou vencimentos de registro de cervejaria!<\/p>

Em 2024, o Brasil contava com 43176 produtos registrados no MAPA, uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o de 5,4%.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Houve um aumento de 43,4% nas exporta\u00e7\u00f5es. As importa\u00e7\u00f5es aumentaram em 5,1% ap\u00f3s alguns anos em queda.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a gera\u00e7\u00e3o de empregos, o setor de bebidas ultrapassou 140 mil empregos diretos em 2024, com aumento de 5,14%. O subgrupo de bebidas alco\u00f3licas observou evolu\u00e7\u00e3o de 1,48% fechando em 60.581 empregos diretos, sendo que o segmento de cerveja aumentou em 1,20%, representando 71,17% das bebidas alco\u00f3licas.<\/p>

Apesar de ser a 3\u00aa regi\u00e3o no n\u00famero de cervejarias, a regi\u00e3o Nordeste<\/strong> ocupa a segunda posi\u00e7\u00e3o quanto ao volume de produ\u00e7\u00e3o declarado devido \u00e0 presen\u00e7a das grandes ind\u00fastrias\u00a0 representando 21,4% do volume nacional.<\/p>

Um ponto importante na declara\u00e7\u00e3o anual de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de bebidas e a falta de declara\u00e7\u00e3o de algumas empresas, que inclusive est\u00e3o recebendo notifica\u00e7\u00f5es no MAPA<\/strong>. Os dados do anu\u00e1rio se baseiam nessas declara\u00e7\u00f5es. Vale sempre lembrar que o prazo anual \u00e9 31 de janeiro.<\/p>
